If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  • By using our Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

  • You must also comply with our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, which outlines verification and documentation requirements.

  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Services.

  • Use fake, fraudulent, or misleading documents or information.

4. Services, Legal Disclaimer, and Service Accessibility

4.1 Scope of Services

Saforist provides administrative support for company formation and related services. However, we:

  • Do not guarantee specific timelines, as delays may occur with government agencies or third parties.

  • Are not liable for third-party decisions (e.g., bank approvals).

  • Provide digital copies of documents only (physical copies not included).

4.2 Legal Disclaimer

  • Saforist is not a law firm and does not provide legal or financial advice.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.3 Service Accessibility

  • Service availability may vary by region.

  • Limitations may apply for third-party services, such as banks or payment processors.

4.4 Service Scope Clarification

  • Saforist does not act as directors, shareholders, or managers of your company unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Clients remain fully responsible for company management and compliance.

For premium packages, Saforist may provide complimentary website creation. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing content for compliance, copyright, accessibility, and licensing. Saforist is not liable for third-party copyright disputes.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for services not yet commenced. Once the process begins, fees are non-refundable. Administrative and processing costs may be deducted.

6. Payment Terms

  • By purchasing our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

  • Certain Services may be billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly).

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party PCI DSS–compliant providers.

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy only.

6.1 Dispute Resolution

Contact support@saforist.com in case of a payment dispute.

6.2 Renewal Pricing & Eligibility

  • Renewal prices may differ from the original purchase.

  • Renewal is not guaranteed if compliance requirements are not met.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property related to the Services are owned by Saforist or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 General Disclaimer

  • Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

  • Saforist disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Address and Mail Handling Services

  • Mail forwarding depends on third-party providers.

  • Saforist is not liable for lost or delayed mail.

  • Clients must promptly update government records if service addresses change.

8.3 AML & KYC Compliance

  • Clients must provide valid identification and documents.

  • Saforist may suspend or terminate services for incomplete or fraudulent documents.

8.4 Liability Limitation

  • Saforist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

9. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes must first be raised with support@saforist.com.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Canada, under Canadian law.

  • You waive your right to class actions and jury trials.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if you violate these Terms or fail to comply with applicable policies.

11. Website Hosting and Domain Services (If Provided)

  • Hosting is provided only while your account is active and in good standing.

  • Domains remain the client’s property, even if registered via Saforist.

  • Renewal is the client’s responsibility. Expired domains may not be recoverable.

  • DNS or transfer changes are at the client’s own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. All disputes fall under Canadian jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of updated Terms.
